Calm - This app is very helpful for sleeping difficulties. Includes guided meditation, sleep stories, breathing programmes, stretching exercises, and relaxing music.

Happify - This app's science-based activities and games can help you overcome negative thoughts, stress, and life's challenges.

Headspace - Great guide for mindfulness including guided meditations on everything from managing stress and everyday anxiety to sleep, focus, and mind-body health.

iBreathe - Can help guide you through deep breathing exercises, whether you are struggling with stress, anxiety, insomnia, or are trying to meditate and relax.

I Am Sober - Helps you build new habits and provides ongoing motivation by connecting you to wide network of people all striving for the same goal, staying sober one day at a time.

Mindshift CBT - Free self-help anxiety relief app, that helps you reduce worry, stress, and panic by following evidence-based strategies. Using CBT tools, you can challenge negativity, learn more about anxiety, develop more effective ways of thinking, be mindful. and relax.

NOCD - NOCD offers live video-based OCD therapy and in-between session support. Prevent Suicide Scotland - A suicide prevention app aimed at users in the north east of Scotland. Provides helpful info for those affected in any way by suicide.

Recovery Record - This app is a smart companion for managing your journey to recovery from eating disorders including anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder and ARFID. This app is also intended for people with general eating, weight, and shape concerns.

Reframe - This app is built to help you drink less and live more. Whether your goal is to cut back or quit drinking entirely. Reframe's neuroscience approach can help you change the way alcohol shows up in your life.

HEARING VOICES

Fife Hearing Voices Network (01592 268388) - Provides support to people who hear voices from anywhere in Fife. Groups meet throughout Fife which gives people the opportunity to meet others and share experiences and strategies in a safe confidential environment. Time limited 1:1 support is also offered for individuals who may find attending a group difficult.

LINK (East Fife Mental Health Befriending Project) - This service is designed to help people who have become lonely due to a mental health problem. Mental Health Foundation - They take a public mental health approach to prevention, finding solutions for individuals. those at risk, and for society, in order to improve everyone's mental wellbeing through community and peer programmes.
